1 Point Slam & Cardio Tennis
Rally for Kids Fundraiser
About Rally for Kids
A tennis fundraiser for ACT kids in need
Rally for Kids is an ACT wide tennis fundraiser to support families in need in the ACT. We will be running two programs on November 14, 2026, to raise money for Ronald McDonald House: Cardio Tennis and a 1-Point Slam. You can also donate directly through the Ronald McDonald House website too.

Cardio Tennis: 11am-12pm - Campbell Tennis Club
Get your body moving with a tennis-infused workout. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey, returning to the game, or already active, our qualified coaches will tailor the class to suit every fitness and tennis level.
We will have a kids class and adults class available. Come have a hit and support a good cause!

1-Point Slam: 12-1pm - Campbell Tennis Club
Adults will need to book online twice - first to register for the tournament through the UTR website and second to pay for the competition through the Tennis 360 website.

Format:
-
Win Rock Paper Scissors and decide whether to serve or receive
-
Amateurs get two serves (Current ATP / WTA ranked players get just 1)
-
Each match is just 1 point
-
Win the point, win the match and progress to the next round
-
Win the final match, win the event and proceed to the ACT State Championships.

We will have a kids and adults 1-Point Slam available. Kids 12 and under can't compete for the 1 Million Dollars, but will be supporting a good cause none-the-less. There will be a prize for the eventual winners.

BBQ: From 12pm - Campbell Tennis Club
From 12pm, we will also have a bbq and drinks available. Profits will be donated to RMH too.

About McDonald House
Helping families stay together when it matters most
More than a place to stay, Ronald McDonald House Programs across Australia surround families with a community of support, care, and the resources they need – a place to sleep, rest and play, keep working and learning, do laundry, share a home-cooked meal, connect with other families who have been there, feel the comfort and support of our staff and volunteers, all close to the hospital – so they can stay at the heart of their child’s care and ensure the best possible health outcomes.
