What is Cardio Tennis?
Cardio Tennis is a program that brings together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, and a soundtrack of high-energy music. Catering to all fitness and playing levels, adults can come have some fun while getting a sweat on.
How to Prepare for Your First Class
What should you bring? We recommend bringing a drink bottle and tennis racquet (although we do have racquets available). Wear active clothing and tennis shoes if possible. Runners are acceptable, however because they are designed to only move in a forwards direction they do not provide support for tennis' lateral movements. If you would like to order tennis shoes, contact us.
If you have paid for a session that is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will receive a credit which can be used to purchase a future Cardio Tennis session.
If you are joining Tennis 360 for the first time, please complete a first time enrolment form prior to the start of the class.
